All potential applicants must submit a Grant Request Form (GRF) no later than March 1 before consideration for these grants. The fillable application may be found on the Centerville-Washington Foundation’s website. Under the dropdown menu, click on the Grants page. You will find the fillable application under the "Grants Process" portion of the page. DEADLINE: March 1, 2021!
